So cool during winter!!
Expect for Christmas that I love, I don’t like winter time.
Ici I give your some tips to be able to go througt the cold temperature and feel poorly.

I need to say to go see the doctor, is kind of hard for me (old story).
So year after year I built my list of tips to feel more stronger.
So before going to sleep, in my hand I put some oil (almond, jojoba…) and 3 to 5 drops of Eucalyptus Radiata (organic). Then I gently massage my cheast.
This one is from my mum, you have no idea how often I complained about this one. Smell bad and taste disgusting but I have to say it’s so efficient!
After those last sentences, I’m sure you ca’nt wait to read the recipes!!
Onions sirup (yep yep, that’s what it is):
At the morning you will find a syrup in the bowl. One spoon time to time. Don’t breath when you eat it! The syrup is for one day.
1. Lemon essential oil:
2 drops of lemon essential oil on a sugar, a neutral pill or with one teaspoon of honey (this one is my favorite).
Before breafast is better, 2 weeks max. Amazing to boost the immune system.
Not for children. Ask to a profesionnal is you have any doubt.
2. Golden milk:
This one is so amazing! Once I felt so miserable and exhausted, so I drunk 2 mugs during the day and I felt already better.
Mix everything in a saucepan, cook over low heat, from the first shudder, it’s done.
The perfect drink to enjoy, wrapped in a blanket!
