Relief letter!!

I feel so happy when I fund this tip to relief the pressure!

When you feel upset, hurt or whatever uncomfortable emotions, when you wish to avoid to yell at someone and probaly say words that you would regret: take a piece of paper and an pen…

…. and write a letter to the personn you feel mad at!

Write down everything feelings, every words that you keep for yourself.

This privileged moment when the pen smooths on the sheet of paper, judgment aside. It is the heart that expresses itself, little by little the feeling fades, I like to finish this type of letters with a positive touch.

Then it’s time to jump into the bonfire!

You burn the letter. I like to watch the flames consume my anger, my sadness … and to tell myself those feelings fly away as the letter is devoured by fire.
